The state appeals an order suppressing two small bags containing approximately twelve rocks of crack cocaine. The trial court suppressed the evidence because the deputy sheriffs who executed the search warrant of the defendant's home did not provide prior "due notice of [their] authority and purpose" before forcibly entering the home. § 933.09, Fla.
