Defendant Alan Hadfield was convicted of four counts of sodomy on a child, first degree felonies, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-403.1 (Supp. 1987), and three counts of sexual abuse of a child, second degree felonies, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1 (Supp. 1987).
