This is a disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Committee on Legal Ethics of the West Virginia State Bar against Eugene Simmons, a member of the bar. The Committee has recommended that this Court suspend Mr. Simmons' license to practice law for a period of six months for entering into business transactions with his clients without making adequate disclosures to them, and without providing adequate security or other legal means to protect his clients...
