Defendant, Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund, appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County granting the section 2-1401 petition (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 110, par. 2-1401) of plaintiff Zee Jay, Inc., to vacate in part a dismissal with prejudice. Defendant contends that the trial court abused its discretion in granting plaintiff's petition to vacate the "with prejudice" portion...
