BARROW, Judge.
In this criminal appeal we consider whether an instruction on involuntary manslaughter should have been given when the defendant contended that he acted in selfdefense. Since no evidence supports the assertion that homicide resulted from an accident, we concur with the trial court's refusal to give such an instruction.
