This opinion consolidates several cases concerning the right of Universal Underwriters Insurance Company ("Universal") to intervene in various lawsuits pending against defendants insured by Universal. We affirm the ruling of the trial court in each case that Universal is not entitled to intervene under the present circumstances, but we remand the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion...
