Thomas Henderson appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
Movant was convicted by a jury of attempted kidnapping in violation of § 564.011, RSMo 1986, and was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to fifteen years' imprisonment. His sentence and judgment were affirmed on direct appeal in State v. Henderson,
