The defendant, Arnold Wayne Rivers, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1153 (1988), and was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment. He appeals the district court's1 one-level enhancement of his sentence based on its determination that the value of the stolen property involved was greater than $2,500.
