This cause comes on appeal from the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, Ernest L. Brown presiding. On April 29, 1988, George Patton Lewis was found guilty of receiving stolen property and was sentenced to five (5) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
