A jury convicted John Degaglia of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, distributing cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and laundering money, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1).
