The respondent, Kenneth Lynn Broadhurst, was charged in this grievance proceeding with unprofessional conduct based on his alleged mishandling and conversion of the funds of Geraldine Webber. The assistant disciplinary counsel and the respondent entered into a stipulation of facts.
