This is an appeal from the dismissal of a motion for post-conviction relief brought under Rule 24.035. Robert Lee Thomas (movant) was convicted of the offense of murder in the second degree, § 565.021.1,1 and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of thirty years, §§ 565.021.2 and 558.011. 1(1).
