Defendant, Paul E. Barr, was charged in the circuit court of Jackson County with residential burglary and misdemeanor theft. Following a bench trial, Barr was convicted and sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment on the burglary count and 364 days' imprisonment on the theft count, with the sentences to run concurrently, but consecutive to a sentence...
