This is a proceeding for postconviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. On November 1, 1984 a jury found William Leslie (Bill) Mudd guilty of one count of kidnapping in violation of § 565.110, RSMo 1978, and five counts of sodomy in violation of § 566.060, RSMo (Cum.Supp.1983).
