OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

This is a wrongful death case on remand from the Supreme Court of Texas 774 S.W.2d 644. The decedents, Eulalia Mayorga and Emma Trejo, while traveling on a bus in Mexico, were killed when the bus left the highway and overturned. Their survivors and the representatives of their estates brought the present suit to recover wrongful death and survival damages...
