Michael Britt appeals from the order of the District Court1 vacating his guilty plea. The government moved before sentencing to vacate Britt's guilty plea after learning that Britt had not complied with the terms of the plea agreement pursuant to which he pled. Specifically, the government alleged that Britt did not disclose the full extent of his drug dealings, plotted with codefendants to conceal drug trafficking...
