AMP, Inc. (AMP) appeals from a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding benefits to Maria R. Ruebush for an injury sustained in an industrial accident while employed by AMP. On appeal, AMP contends that the commission should have been barred from considering certain medical evidence by the doctrine of res judicata and therefore erred by awarding Ruebush benefits for a change of condition based on that evidence.
