Johnny Ray Figgous appeals pro se from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Western District of Missouri in favor of defendant Allied-Signal, Inc.2 on his 42 U.S.C. § 2000e claims of discriminatory discharge and retaliation. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
