LARSON, Justice.

The plaintiff, a partnership called K. Carr (Carr), bought a half interest in greyhound racing dogs from the defendant, Theroy A. Hovick, who claimed considerable experience in raising and training dogs. Hovick sent the dogs to a winter training session in Florida, but in the spring they were still not ready for racing as planned.
