This is a sentence review case. Kelly Douglas pled guilty to one count of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, and to two counts of drawing a check with insufficient funds. Douglas was sentenced to six months in jail for the "joyriding" offense. On each of the insufficient funds charges, Douglas received a three-year unified sentence with a fixed term of two years plus an indeterminate term of one year.
