The defendant was convicted of possession with intent to sell more than one ounce of marijuana and sentenced to ten years in prison with seven years suspended. Also the court ordered the defendant to pay a $3,000 fine. On appeal he asserts that there was insufficient evidence to establish that: (1) he knowingly or intentionally possessed the marijuana, or (2) had any intent to sell, barter, transfer, distribute or dispense, as required...
