WARD, Judge.

Glen R. Ether, Sr. was charged with three counts of distribution of cocaine. A twelve member jury found him guilty as charged on count one and guilty of attempted distribution of cocaine on the remaining two counts. The trial court sentenced Ether as a habitual offender to sixty years at hard labor for the distribution of cocaine conviction and 15 years at hard labor for each of the attempted distribution convictions...
