This appeal arises from a suit for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and wrongful misrepresentation, in which a jury found the defendant bank liable and awarded damages not only to the plaintiff corporation, but also to the individual plaintiffs, who were officers and shareholders of the corporation.
