This is an appeal from a denial of a Rule 20, Temp. A.R.Cr.P., petition.

The appellant was convicted of possession of cocaine, in violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, § 20-2-70, Code of Alabama (1975). He was also convicted of being in the unlawful possession of a firearm, a violation of § 13A-11-72, Code of Alabama (1975). Appellant was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment on the drug offense and 22 years...
