Kathleen Kueffer (Ms. Kueffer), plaintiff-appellant, sued her former husband William C. Kueffer (Mr. Kueffer) and Santa Fe Design Associates, Inc. (SFDA), defendants-appellees, for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The trial court found that Mr. Kueffer breached the contract but did not breach a fiduciary duty to Ms. Kueffer.
