On July 13, 1973, appellant, Brenda White, a single person, gave birth to a baby boy. In 1979, the County Court of Lee County found that appellee, Dennis Winston, was the father of the child and ordered him to pay child support. On de novo appeal the Circuit Court of Lee County affirmed the holding that appellee was the father of the child and owed a duty of support until the child reached the age of sixteen (16).
