John Houston Clemmons, Jr., and Gerald Henson were convicted in the municipal court for the City of Muscle Shoals of driving under the influence of alcohol. Each was fined $250 and was ordered to attend DUI school. Each defendant then appealed to the circuit court for trial de novo.
