Plaintiffs, Florence Skierski and Joseph Skierski, bring this action to recover damages for injuries Florence Skierski allegedly sustained in a slip and fall accident at property owned by defendant, Vonn Investment Company, ("VIC") and leased by defendant, Internal Revenue Service ("IRS").
