Ivan Vinson was convicted by a jury of two counts of first degree robbery, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of kidnapping. The trial court, Sweeney, J., sentenced Vinson to a total of thirty years' imprisonment. Judgment was entered accordingly. Vinson filed a motion to vacate the judgment pursuant to Rule 29.15.
