Plaintiff, Michael J. Green, brought this action for injuries he sustained when a helicopter he was riding in crashed landed in the Gulf of Mexico. Made defendants herein are Industrial Helicopters, Inc. (Industrial Helicopters), the owner of the helicopter, and Doug Wright, the pilot. United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company (USF & G), the worker's compensation carrier of the plaintiff's employer, intervened in the suit, seeking reimbursement...
