This is a wrongful death action. Plaintiffs, Charles and Barbara Calhoun, instituted this suit against defendants, Valley Electric Membership Corporation, Inc., (VEMCO) and Federated Rural Electric Insurance Corporation for damages arising out of the electrocution of their five year old son, Cedric. A jury trial of this matter was held on August 1st through 4th, 1988. After deliberation, the jury found Mr. Calhoun to be 50% at fault and defendants...
