STEADMAN, Associate Judge:

Appellant Saunders filed a complaint against appellee Dr. Nemati alleging in essence that appellee used "extremely outrageous and abusive language to plaintiff which was calculated to and did cause [p]laintiff extreme emotional distress."1 The only issue presented on this appeal is whether the count of intentional infliction of emotional distress2 was properly dismissed
