PER CURIAM:

Leopold Lee Pedraza brings this section 1983 suit pro se, alleging that while being held in the Victoria County Jail he was deprived of various constitutional rights. Following an evidentiary hearing, the magistrate recommended that all of Pedraza's claims be dismissed as frivolous. The district court adopted the magistrate's findings for the most part and eventually dismissed the entire suit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d). Essentially for...
