Plaintiff William Turner was terminated from his job with the defendant Schering-Plough Corporation ("Schering") after 37 years of employment. He alleges that, over the course of three years, he was demoted, had his new job eliminated, and was terminated, all because of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination...
