This is an appeal from the order of the district court, 714 F.Supp. 478, denying defendant Vernon Coffman's motion to correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2255. Coffman contends that the district court erred in failing either to dismiss the indictment for alleged violations of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers or to order an evidentiary hearing on his ineffective assistance of counsel claim...
