Plaintiff appeals the summary judgment for defendant in this action for breach of a contract whereby plaintiff alleged that defendant agreed to sell barges to it. The contract, according to plaintiff, took the form of a 1986 oral understanding between its employees and Oliphant, one of defendant's managers.
