On August 14, 1986, Sam Piki Enterprises, Inc., David A. Harvey, and Henry W. Freeman sued Malb's Associates, Inc., d/b/a Mata's Greek Pizza & Grinders; William Rodopoulos; and Mata Rodopoulos, alleging fraud and deceit and breach of contract arising out of the sale of a franchise.
