Peter Mang appeals an order dismissing two counts of a four-count amended complaint for failure to state a cause of action under the Florida Adult Congregate Living Facilities Act, section 400.401 et seq., Florida Statutes (1987). For the following reasons, we reverse in part and dismiss the balance of the appeal.
