Elizabeth Ehrlich appeals from her conviction on six counts of embezzlement, claiming lack of evidence of an essential element of the offenses charged, and reversible error by the district court in permitting certain questioning of a character witness and delivering an unbalanced supplemental charge to the jury. Ehrlich also appeals her sentence, arguing that the district court incorrectly applied the Sentencing Guidelines....
