This is a defamation action arising from the 1986 campaign for a seat on the Dade County Circuit Court. Plaintiff Joseph M. Nadler, the incumbent, won re-election. Defendant Frederick (Fritz) Mann, one of two challengers, was an Assistant United States Attorney at the time.
