The appellant, Robert Sherman Robinson, was convicted on charges of theft by receiving, aggravated robbery, theft of property, first degree assault, and felon in possession of a firearm. He was also found to be an habitual offender with four prior felony convictions and was sentenced to a total of 155 years imprisonment under the sentence enhancement provisions of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-4-501 (1987).
