TURNER, Justice.

Appellant Danny McEwen was found guilty by a jury in a bifurcated trial of aggravated robbery and the offense of felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to consecutive terms of imprisonment of twentyfive and six years. He was also found guilty of misdemeanor theft and sentenced to one year imprisonment which merged with the felony terms. Appellant brings this appeal.
