O'CONNOR, Justice.

A jury convicted Rodney Glen Sanders, appellant, of delivery of cocaine, found the two enhancement paragraphs to be true, and assessed punishment at 25 years confinement. Sanders appeals on four grounds. We reverse.

I. The proof of enhancement

In his first point of error, Sanders contends the State did not prove a final conviction was entered against him in cause number 306233, as alleged in the first enhancement paragraph...
