Non-party appellant James B. Weidner, Esq., appeals from that part of the May 11, 1989 Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Duffy, J.) which imposed a $5,000 sanction on him pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Weidner argues that the district court improperly concluded that papers filed by him on behalf of his client, Securities Industry Association
