Code §§ 22-2401, -3202 (1989), first-degree felony murder while armed, id., first-degree burglary while armed, D.C.Code §§ 22-1801(a), -3202 (1989), and carrying a pistol without a license, D.C.Code § 22-3204 (1989). Appellant's primary arguments on appeal arise from the fact that the government did not turn over to the defense...
