Defendants, Robert C. Berthelot and his insurer, Fire and Casualty Insurance Company of Connecticut, appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff, Tebault Burton, finding them liable for damages sustained by plaintiff in the amount of $645,300.00, plus $36,971.60 for past medical expenses.
