PER CURIAM.

We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

We affirm the dissolution, the award of primary residential custody of the children to the wife, and the authorization for the wife to relocate with the children to Kentucky. See DeCamp v.
