OPINION

BENAVIDES, Justice.

Pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant was convicted of possessing less than 28 grams of heroin. Punishment was assessed at 12 years in prison and a fine of $1,500. We affirm.

In his sole point of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in not suppressing heroin discovered in his pocket during a warrantless search. Appellant contends that the police had no reason to suspect that he possessed heroin. The State contends...
