The father, Z.R., appeals from the order of the separate juvenile court terminating his parental rights to his minor son, T.E.

T.E. was born out of wedlock on February 17, 1984. The birth certificate issued at that time did not list the name of the father. The child was removed from the custody of his mother in August 1986.
