Pillard, appeals from an order of the district court for Lancaster County affirming the defendant's conviction in the Lancaster County Court of driving while intoxicated, third offense (count I), and driving during suspension (count II). On count I defendant was sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment, a 15-year suspension of his driver's license, and a $500 fine; on count II defendant was sentenced to 3 months' imprisonment, a 1-year...
